I bought a 2025 Explorer from Cris Henry he is a great salesperson very helpful and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend him and Rusty Wallace Ford in Dandridge.Thank you Chris for helping me with my concerns of getting my fur baby in our new car I am really enjoying it everyone was very helpful with getting everything set up
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I was able to make the appointment completely online. I received several text communications about my appointment-one or two would’ve been sufficient. When I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, I told the person checking me in that my air conditioning needed to be checked, but she said I would have to reschedule for that service, bc it would require a master service technician. Shame on you rusty Wallace ford after buying extended warranty at 88000 miles u tell me I'm over the mileage then tell me my whole rear end needs replacing on 2017 mustang for over $3000 thank goodness for westgate who fixed the problem for under 400 cause I only needed 2 pieces NOT the entire rear end shame shame I will never do business with u again and will tell everyone else not to either cause apparently women are to be took advantage of
Thank you for not properly servicing my Ford F250...been taking my vehicle to you for 2 years and a Ford dealer in Florida the previous 2. No one ever suggested a fuel filter change and now I break down with a cracked fuel filter on vacation...the service manager had a great suggestion that I study the manual and make sure I know the suggested maintenance schedule....great customer service. Also love the $200 Diagnostic fee, which doesn't even get applied to the labor cost....Merry Christmas and thanks for nothing. The sad p... read more
