I took my Kia Carnival to the Rusty Wallace Collision Center to have my front door and mirror replaced after a small accident with a concrete pillar that was fully my fault. I am so grateful for Rusty Wallace collision. When my car had to have work done, they were so kind and easy to work with. They also provide a loaner car for you while your car is getting worked on, which made a huge difference for me and my family during a little over a month when my car was in the shop. Strongly recommend!
Just picked up my HR-V. It looks brand new! David Doodak and the whole crew were friendly and very professional. I messed up the insurance procedures when the accident first happened. My HR-V got towed to their lot and left the keys in the drop box. They worked me in in a reasonable time, and went above and beyond even thought all that happened. They communicated with me at every step. Helped me and gave great advice at every step of the way. I would recommend Rusty Wallace Collision 100%.
