I was so pleased with the customer service I received! My car had been part of a hit and run and the entire process of the repairs, cost being submitted to the insurance, turn-around time, communication, etc. was seamless! The guys went above and beyond- stellar service! I will definitely use them again. Stellar service!
I took my Kia Carnival to the Rusty Wallace Collision Center to have my front door and mirror replaced after a small accident with a concrete pillar that was fully my fault. The employees were phenomenal from start to finish. We dropped by to get an estimate which we received in less than 20 minutes after we arrived. I am so grateful for Rusty Wallace collision. When my car had to have work done, they were so kind and easy to work with. They also provide a loaner car for you while your car is getting worked on, which made a huge difference for me and my family during a little over a month when my car was in the shop. Strongly recommend!
