I emailed Rusty right before opening one morning after having another ac company come out the day before and not fixing the issues with my ac. He responded within 10 minutes and went back and forth with me multiple times to answer all my questions (which were a lot!) Then he came out that day and fixed it. He was friendly and professional. He came out the same day I called him, addressed all my concerns with my heat pump unit, checked it out and cleaned it for me, didn't have any unexpected charges. I'm impressed, will call him again if I need service done.
We have used this company for many years and they never disappoint. I don’t even shop around. Rusty and his team handle it so effectively it’s just a phone call away for any issue we’ve ever had to be resolved . Just had our unit replaced and it was done fast and efficient and a great price!
