Our name Rusty Taco comes from our founder Rusty Fenton, who was passionate about food and had a dream to open a neighborhood taco stand. Really good tacos, but they usually close at 9pm, not 10pm.
Love this place! Always make a stop when I am here for work! We miss the Des Moines location!

Exhaust fans were malfunctioning, so a lil smokey. Otherwise great.
Dec 2024 - has reopened under new owners/management, but the online prices look just as ridiculous as when they closed in 2023? Seriously, $17 for three tacos?! Feb 2023 - 3 months later, place has closed, see reasons below! Nov 2022 - Quality was good, but VERY PRICY and SCRAWNY quantity! Also, got my order for flour tortilla wrong, corn instead. C'mon, for two tiny tacos can't you at least get the most basic thing correct? I mite come back for a 2nd shot, but bet I won't bring friends until you up your game! 🙄
