I am extremely picky when it comes to tacos, especially fish tacos (landlocked states don’t typically warrant delicious fish of any kind) but I just barely ordered a crispy fish taco and a grilled fish taco and completely annihilated them! Those were fantastic, I liked the crispy fish better but both were so good!!
Update: since this review they have worked on service times and food consistency. From my experience things have changed for the better 👍 I really like this place, im a bit of a regular. The problem is portion consistency and service time. When certain crews are working all the sides and everything are filled to the brim and portions are great but then it takes an unreasonable amount of time even when ordering ahead. went here a couple days ago, the staff was incredibly nice and made me feel like i was eating tacos at my grandparents house. the service was great and i really enjoyed my food. they were very accepting of me coming in 30 minutes before close and i had a larger order of 50 bucks. it warms my heart that despite the place being a chain restaurant it seemed as if i was truly at home like i said earlier in my review. i will ALWAYS give them my business and will most certainly recommend this specific location over others. the man... read more
The food was decent, but the service was an absolute JOKE. We showed up an hour before closing, and you'd think we were asking them to move mountains. The staff was radiating negativity, making it clear we were inconveniencing them by, you know, BEING CUSTOMERS. They wouldn't shut up about the lobby closing at 9, like we're idiots who can't read the hours. The food here was actually good which makes the experience even more disappointing. We arrived at 8pm, one hour before closing knowing they close at 9. The moment we walked in we were told that they close at 9 as if we were already an inconvenience.
