They were both responsive, knowledgeable, and did a great job being clear & communicative through the whole process. I'm glad that a stressful situation wasn't made worse. Working with Marshall and Brooke has been fantastic. If I have questions and call I get a person 99% or the time. They are experience and are there to help. I moved here 8 yrs ago with state farm and wanted that same family/friend hometown feel and found that with Rusty Smith’s office. Everyone who works there is always willing to help and answer questions.
