Complete lack of human kindness. Disclaimer: Not a customer. Pulled in to see if I could borrow a jack to change a tire. Denied due to insurance. Absolutely understandable. Woman behind the counter: "You don't have 10 min so I can have one of my guys do it? I'll only charge you $10" 2 things: 1)Time yes money no. Spent the last of my money for the tire! 2)$10 for what would have taken maybe 5 minutes?! I'm no math wizard but that's $2 a minute. $120 an hour! Uh, no thanks. The employees are wonderful. They went above and beyond the line of duty to help make sure my car was safe for me to drive it. I will forever be indebted to them.
Rusty's Tire really helped us last Thanksgiving when we had a blowout on two tires on our SUV. Lynn Hope Towing helped to get the vehicle to them and Rusty gave us a great price on replacement tires which were hard to find in my vehicles size and had us back on the road in less than 24 hours. Astounding service and highly recommended! Thank you again to the team at Rusty's!
The guys at Rusty's are awesome! I live over 600 miles away and my car broke down. They stayed late to diagnose the issue and replaced the broken spark plug for me. The car is running fine now and I will be able to make it back home. I am absolutely impressed with the professionalism and service! Thank you so much for making sure I can get home safely!!!
