I was disappointed to learn that this vet will not assist with meds in a pinch if an online third party order is delayed. So, if your Animal has a life-threatening condition that relies on medication, really rethink this Vet if you need meds in a pinch. They are firm to sell them to you and they give no samples in emergency.
We have been seeing Dr. Joe since they opened their first location in Minooka. We moved to TX, but made a vet visit recently with our dog while visiting family here. They got us in quickly & everyone was friendly. Shorewood is lucky to have the Rusty Ridge team!
Best vet in the Grundy/Will/Kendall area hands down!
We've been going for a year, because are vet retired. Waiting for them to open the one in Morris closer to home. The people are very nice.
