Incredible doctor and staff. Called half a dozen clinics in the area to see if we could get our dog in and every single one denied us except for one ER that wanted a ridiculous amount to be seen and a 10 hour wait time. We called Rusty Ridge and they knew something was wrong and told us to come in right away. We saw Dr. Joe and he calmed us down and was incredibly thorough and informative throughout the entire process. State of the art facility, just get ready for a state of the art bill. 😆 If your loving animal has a simple issue, I would recommend somewhere else. If your animal has a major complication, I would recommend this place. Their technology is amazing.
UPDATE: Dr. Joe has responded to my review below. He is not telling the truth. I never asked for a “lifetime foreign body guarantee.” That would be ridiculous- but he has to make me look ridiculous so he doesn’t look like he did something wrong. I never raised my voice, never belittled his staff- I spoke calmly and clearly and directly to him. He could not look me in the eye the entire duration of our time together. I am so disappointed to be writing this review. The doctors and staff have previously been so wonderful to both of our dogs. However, over the weekend my dog ate some of his bedding while he was boarded at Rusty Ridge. This happens. The issue is, I wasn’t told about it. I had to see my dog throw up immediately upon arriving home and be in distress and uncomfortable for the next 24 hours. Very disheartened, my 13 yr.old cat had a couple of teeth extracted, after surgery her post op exam it was discovered her bottom jaw bone was missing I was asked "did she experience any trauma?..me..absolutly not....my cat was loosing weight, very skinny, having difficulty eating, all along I suspected cancer....on a Saturday post op I noticed a large growth on her face.
