Rusty Ridge animal Center refused to provide pricing over the phone for basic services,would not recommend as they are not transparent with their pricing
STAY CLEAR!! Front staff is very un-welcoming, and the management is even worse and very ignorant. Brought my dog in for a tests, was never brought back into a room, and the Vet never came out to talk with me as the "tech" brought out her lap top into the waiting area, stated "this is the quote for the only service you wanted today and this is what you owe, please sign" proceeded to try and walk with my dog to the back room. I cannot say enough good things about Rusty Ridge Animal Center. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine care, kindness, and respect—not just as a pet owner, but as a person. The entire staff is beyond friendly and truly ethical in everything they do. Dr. Joe goes above and beyond in every sense of the word. I brought my old guy here for the first time based on a neighbor's recommendation and was not disappointed. I have a 9 y/o dachshund who doesn’t have any glaring issues, but he is old and has a long history. I could tell right off the bat from the questions the veterinary technician asked me that I was in the right place. She asked me questions about vaccine reactions, medications, diet, and pretty much anything you’d expect at a first vet visit.
