I took my kid here a little over a week ago and I was happy they took walk-ins. A guy took us about 45 minutes after we got in. Genuinely the worst haircut of my life, this guy did not follow the instructions I gave him AT ALL (even with a picture) and instead I left the barbershop with a bowl cut and a mullet. “It’ll look better when I take a shower” I thought, I was EXTREMELY wrong, for starters it somehow got worst. I mentioned they called me, but the guy didn’t acknowledge it or seem interested in clarifying. I get that mistakes happen, but the way it was handled rubbed me the wrong way.
