my 20 year old garbage disposal started failing. I found a deal on line and bought a new one. Next step was finding a plumber and Rusty is the sunriver local talent. So gave him a call and left a message with my problem. Shortly after I received a text message with instructions to reset the bottom button and try turning it with a hex wrench. Rusty is Great. He returned my call for help immediately. He was clear about what information he needed and then we put together a plan of action. When he arrived at the location he discovered a bolt in the water Tank that was loose tightened it up... Smart guy ..no more leak and No charge . I definitely will use his services in the future.
Great service and quick to respond. Used Rusty when we needed sinks installed after new counters went in and he replaced our leaking water heater on another occasion! Highly recommend.
Rusty was great to work with. He replaced our hot water heater and also helped us that same day with two unexpected problems. He was professional, courteous and also cleaned up everything beautifully when finished. I highly recommend him!!
