The Rusty Pig was developed to be a fast casual dining experience for the entire family. The décor is an inviting place to enjoy a lunch or dinner. The Bar-B-Q concept also allows for tremendous potential for take home meals as well as catering. The recipes are from scratch and our patrons can tell the difference. When you put heart into what you do and you stay the course of, "would I feed this to someone in my home?" the public can tell the difference.

Usually everything we get from here is delicious. Today was an exception. Ordered the 1/2 pound pulled pork plate only to find that 2.7 oz. of what was supposed to be meat was a large slab of fat. Definitely not what we paid for. It was a delivery order so it couldn't be taken back. Very disappointed.
The wings were dry, again. They are over cooked. I don’t know what has changed but the attention to detail is terrible. The sauce is to salty and there was no one cleaning tables so people could eat at a clean table. Instead employees were standing around or doing other tasks during lunch not related to customer service.
It was my first ordering the wing bone in basket and let me tell you. If those weren't the best smoked lemon pepper wing tasted. Hands down I enjoyed them and hopefully you will too. Next time your in the Rincon area or here but want great smoked tight wings stop here.
