This office has dropped the ball on SEVERAL occasions. From leaving me waiting for over an hour & a half on a virtual appointment, to getting cancelled at the last minute. They do not return calls, or seem to care if they are delaying important medication refills! Would not recommend this office if you actually need care.
Dr Jones is far the best doctor I’ve had
If you have a crush on Keanau Reeves, you will love him. He pays attention and doesn't just write scripts like other doctors. He is very thorough and dedicated.
I am a patient of Dr. Jones. I can tell you I am new and very in need of a good relationship with my doctor as I have diabetes and some ongoing internal digestive issues. I truly like Dr.Jones. He has impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to look outside the box when treating me. I know they have had some staffing issues and believe me I have been frustrated with a few myself. To their defense understaffing was an issue. In all I would recommend Dr Jones as his patient I am very comfortable.
Has been my primary care for less than a year. Worst doctor I’ve ever had by a long shot and am looking at what governing body to report him to now that I’ve found another doctor. I always have to call in to the office for refills for both me and my wife (and he will only give 30 days at a time) and half the time he just doesn’t do it at all. Luckily the CVS knows who he is and has given myself and my wife multiple emergency refills (at least 4 times in less than 9 months). Please go somewhere else. Even his own reception to... read more
