Everyone is super helpful
This is the place to go to keep your car on the road. I bought a used 2007 gmc acadia, they not only had the hood I needed but it was the color I needed too! And then the starter went out . Who did I call ? Rusty hook auto salvage! I was back up and running in no time! Staff is great they helped me more than they will ever know. Thank you guys . They even told me what size wrenches and sockets and tips on how to get the installation done quickly. They are amazing.
Good cheap parts
Called on a Tuesday to verify they had a part listed on car-part.com. They confirmed and said it would be ready for pick up Saturday, and I paid for it over the phone. Received a call Saturday morning that an employee was a no call/ no show Friday and my part had not been pulled. He asked for an hour to see if he could get it for me. Upon calling back, not only had the part not been pulled, but I was told they did not even have a good part on their lot! Beyond disappointed with their service.
