I adopted a little female dog from a relative. The dog has records at this facility and my vet's office called them to get the records transfered to their faciltiy (NVC). Riceland would not accommodate them. They said they do not send records, will have to pick up. I tried to tell them that I live at least an hour away, but they were not listening. I brought my dog here for the 1st time today and I will only be coming here from now on! They gave me more advice and help for my baby than I ever got in 2 years at the previous vet I was using. Now I'm just sad I didn't know about Riceland vet sooner! Every single person was great there. Thank y'all for everything
