Thank you for giving us a great Truck buying experience. Our salesman Jim Schenkelbe was top notch! We got great answers for tough questions. As savy consumers, Jim did the finest job of any salesman we have seen in 30 years of car/truck buying, in dealerships to include Ford, Chevy, Honda & BMW! That says it all, he was tops! Let me start out by saying everyone we worked with was very friendly and polite. I definitely appreciated that, but it only goes so far when doing business and spending a large amount of money on a vehicle. We purchased a Ford Certified vehicle on 10/12/11 with them. We originally visited on 10/11 and ALMOST bought it that night, but decided to sleep on it.
