This dealership just can't figure out how to do customer service. On the 7,500 mile service, they took a little over 3 hours on the car. When they handed me the key on an all electric vehicle (EV), I didn't have enough charge to get home left on the car, I was locked out of the car's electronic control center,/entertainment system, the air pressure in the tires had not been checked, and the promised wash and vacuum had not been performed. Had an appointment to have a key fob ground and programmed. When I arrived I was told that they won't do the fob. I made the appointment with the service department and they knew what I had and didn't tell me then that they couldn't do the work. Thanks for wasting my time.
