5 stars I can’t say enough good things about Trenton and Brad at Rusty Drewing Chevrolet/Cadillac in Jefferson City! Today was a nightmare, my new Escalade’s motor blew up out of nowhere. I got towed in, feeling stressed and frustrated, but these guys went above and beyond on customer service and satisfaction. Follow up to initial review: After seeing my comments below and the original 3 star review, management took notice of the concern. Basically, the car doesn't recognize my hand is on the steering wheel and the car kicks off the cruise control and begins to slow quickly. GM Engineers decided that a sensitivity adjustment for different galvanic skin responses wasn't needed. The initial service department response was to tell me to drive with both hands on the steering wheel at all times in the 10 and 2 o'clock positions. Good s... read more
My service experience was less than desirable and it was the first, free complementary visit after purchasing a new Cadillac EV. The service writer did not take my concerns seriously on one safety issue.
Oil change and tire rotation. Decent turn around time. Excellent Service
Car needed to come in for service, told me to bring it in Thursday morning and they would look at it that afternoon. Next week they still haven't looked at it and when calling the service department it will be several days before they can look at it.
