Part 2- The next day our car was done by 1:00. We did buy the Escalade lol randomly on vacation out of state and not even at a time we were expecting. Zach was just outstanding to work with. He did an excellent job of always checking in with us while being in the showroom floor, and doing a million things between checking on the repair, checking in with Jared in finance, and making sure the five of us waiting in the waiting room didn't need anything additional. Part 1-Can't say enough good things. My relationship with this dealership did not start off like a typical one. We are on vacation in the Ozarks when our Escalade that was a 2022 with less than 30,000 miles that we paid 160k for....got a service leveling system warning out of nowhere after parking on a steep hill going to dinner.
