Had an appointment to have a key fob ground and programmed. When I arrived I was told that they won't do the fob. I made the appointment with the service department and they knew what I had and didn't tell me then that they couldn't do the work. Thanks for wasting my time.

2nd Follow up -2026: I purchased a Toyota with Lane Centering Technology. It doesn't detect my hand grip, either! I asked about turning up sensitivity? No adjustment. It's not just American Universities turning out bad engineers! Follow up to initial review: After seeing my comments below and the original 3 star review, management took notice of the concern.
