Rusty Baker Heating has been fantastic to work with. We were looking for either a mini-split or furnace for our unique situation. We got several quotes. We decided to go with the mini-split even though we were a bit nervous about the noise. They offered two different quotes. The lowest one was nearly $3000 less than the nearest competitor. I was a bit worried about the quality but Shannon in their office got me all the data I needed to compare brands and quality equally. Our air stopped blowing cool air last night so I called this morning and they were out quickly. The guys were nice, professional, diagnosed the problem and had it up and working in about an hour.
