I was there today. Not impressed. It's advertised to be way better than it is. I'm sure it's good for Ruston, but it was definitely lacking. The selection was very poor, considering seasonality of produce and products. The push for what the RFM does is great, but not enough vendors care to be great there. It's a far cry from a farmer's market. But at least you're trying. I give good credit to RFM for trying to make a difference. I just don't think it's for me.
Great way to spend a Saturday morning — coffee and bagels then groceries for the week!
Amazing little farmer's market. Add it to your list when visiting your college student on a Saturday.
Driving here from El Dorado at least once or twice a month, and it’s sooooooo worth it! Love the variety, location, and the fact that my favorite coffee shop is helping me to wake up before shopping by having a conveniently placed booth right at the entrance � I wish I could get Kohlrabi and Hokkaido pumpkin at one point. Just in case any of the farmers is reading this � *hint*
