Unprofessional Called and scheduled a consultation two weeks out. When the day arrived, we waited an hour after the scheduled arrival time before calling and asking where folks were. They told us our consultation wasn't written down in their calendar (even though I received an email confirmation from them about the scheduled appointment two weeks prior).
