I toured Rustico at Fair Oaks while apartment hunting and really liked it! The place was clean, quiet, and had a nice vibe. The staff was super friendly and helpful, too. I ended up choosing a different location, but I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking in the area.
Sherry was/has been an EXCELLENT help the entire process! Move in was easy and the unit was prepped perfectly. Nice and clean, not much to take note of. We love it here already!
I'm finishing up my first year at Rustico and it has been a truly great experience. Sherry and others in the office have been stellar and responsive. Though they may note be the fanciest apartments in the area, they are much quieter and require less maintenance because they aren't thrown together like newer properties. The property isn't just a concrete jungle, which is a nice touch, too.
Please do not move here! From the outside everything looks fine, but the insides are literally falling apart. Ants were crawling in from all corners of baseboards and when we requested maintenance, they said the would spray the whole apartment and search for where they were coming from. Instead, they sprayed a corner of the closet and called it a day. On top of that, they will charge you for a so many costs on move out even when not warranted. Save your money and time (and cleanliness) and move elsewhere.
This was my first apartment here in Texas. And honestly the nicest one I have stayed in, in all the states I’ve lived in. Nice granite countertops garden bathtub spacious balconies. I don’t think their rent is pricey for the quality. Plus it is a clean community with great maintenance workers and amazing office staff. I had a lot going on when I moved And and when I moved out, and Sherri 🤍 was nothing but kind, sweet, and Helpful.
