We have lived at Rustico Apartments since they opened in 2018. I appreciate most how maintenance issues have always been handled quickly and competently. The grounds are well maintained. The office staff has always been friendly and professional. Both bedrooms are very large for the modest total square footage. We have a king size bed, furniture, and a loveseat in the master bedroom with room to spare. The roads have hills that provide a good jogging experience and the pets are friendly and well-conteolled. I thought I had posted a comment a couple of week ago, but it seems it didn't go through. I just want to complement everyone that works here, in the office and the maintenance people. All of them are great. Want to mention Kenny especially. Always professional, friendly and quick to fix the problem on the work order. All of the maintenance people are beyond great. Also the people in the office. Always friendly and helpful. Everyone here goes above and beyond what is required.
They are great in the leasing process and maintenance is fast and easy to request. But after that if you want to get a hold of the staff it is virtually impossible without going into the office.
Kenny is an absolute blessing! Hands-down one of the hardest working, most reliable people I’ve ever come across. He’s kind, attentive, and truly takes pride in what he does. No matter the issue, or just in passing, Kenny is always ready to tackle the day with a great attitude and a game plan; Kenny IS the man with a plan. If there’s a maintenance MVP—it’s Kenny, no question. The place just wouldn’t run the same without him!
