It is a great place if you would love to hear domestic violence and elder abuse every day. Not worth the price or the area. Don't tell the office anything because they won't do nothing just cover it up. I'm saying that after my husband and I moved out due to the noise and the non-stop office not one to do anything about it. The price there is not worth it. With the plumbing always busting and something always going out and it takes some weeks to even look at it. Look for better apartments.
We traveled from Swainsboro, Georgia to surprise my son for his birthday. We stayed with him and my daughter in law for 4days. Beautiful, safe, well maintained complex. We enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful!
went there Saturday and applied. I asked in person if they had a 0 tolerance for evictions. Lady told me it depends, took my money for an application then when I called the next day they said they have a 0 tolerance policy and I was denied even with a cosigner......thanks. Not like I needed that 100 dollars or anything
