My refrigerator had been acting up this week. I kept ignoring the issue until today. I texted Rusticane and they responded within minutes. Right before the technician arrived, both the fridge and the freezer stopped working all together. The technician came out within the first hour of contact and had my fridge fixed in less than 3 hours. Reasonably priced, quick & efficient! I thought I was going to have to throw out all of my food. Thank you so much!
 I was referred to Rusticane Appliance Repair after searching for an LG-certified technician to repair my LG French Door refrigerator, which unfortunately was not cooling. Cane diagnosed the issue and after receiving the necessary parts, he repaired the refrigerator in a timely and efficient manner. He is extremely knowledgeable, and personable and his customer service is second to none. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Rusticane Appliance Repair. 
Responsive knowledge and transparent during the process. I felt like he genuinely wanted to fix my washer and found the issues challenging in a fun way not annoyed he was there. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.
I scheduled an appt to repair the water dispenser on our refrigerator which quit working. Online appts were easy to schedule and I was able to get an appt within a few days. Cane was prompt and quickly assessed the situation. He was able to get the new parts the same day and returned to fix it.
