I don’t understand these reviews at all. My stay was comfy, the staff was always contactable by ring doorbell and I love the shower. Location is a short bus away from Airlie but There’s also a nice walking path, close to Coles. Very good stay
AVOID AVOID AVOID! The owner is very irresponsible. We booked it on Agoda and tried to contact the owner when we arrived, the phone number is a rubbish. He didn’t even try to contact us at all but just want the money. You could read more comments and find out other people have experienced the similar thing. Don’t even know how come such this accommdation(as it was) could still on the booking page.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Owner is inconsiderate and is money hungry. Communication is poor as well. Avoid at all costs. Booked at 5pm and cancelled at 5.30pm due to airline organising us accommodation at the last minute to save my young family travelling 3 hours (ended up paying for two accommodations) and owner wouldn’t refund my $250 and didn’t respond to any of my messages once I caught him out to be a liar saying Airbnb wouldn’t refund him their fees and that he simply was money hungry Wish I had found the reviews below bef... read more
