This is my fourth time ordering from Rustica. I love their design and craftsmanship and I can't speak more highly of their customer service. The order I placed was not correct (my bad!) and Kristi called me multiple times to clarify before the shop started fabricating, which helped deliver the design I wanted and saved me $$$.
Kristi has been a pleasure to work with. She has been extremely helpful and all aspects of choosing a Custom Door for our home as well as all of the details that went into the planning for the project. We are so looking forward to installing one of Rustica’s beautiful products.
