I was clueless on what to purchase for a double bypass and double track barn door. My situation was not the normal as I wanted to have one door go over the top of another door . I worked with Kristi who stayed on the phone with me for as long as needed to assist me. The product is beautiful craftsmanship. I certainly have no complaint about their doors, they were top quality, but communication with management and accounting was terrible. Multiple emails with no answers and finally they quit replying at all.

I've ordered three doors from this company and I'm not sure there is another company that could be less helpful. Most recently, we ordered a custom exterior arched French door that totaled nearly $8,496.30. This is going on a porch, and we are basing two windows on the porch off the the design of the door. When we ordered the door, they told us they could provide CAD drawings so our architect could add the door and windows to the porch. We have purchased and installed 2 exterior doors and an interior sliding glass barn door from Rustica. All 3 exceeded our expectations by far! The quality is truly outstanding! Their installation instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. There are downloadable written instructions as well as helpful videos. Response time for customer service was fast. The doors made our new build truly custom and we receive a lot of compliments on them.
