Sent doors 3” to short 1 1/2 inch more narrow than ordered! Said, cut the jamb! Paid to send them back and will not return the money. They want us to order more! Class Action Suit Anyone?

The awning is lovely and was easy for my handyman to install. It was, however, way overpriced for what it was . It was also delivered in a ginormous wooden set up with a pallet which was totally unnecessary. We had to have it broken down and moved street side. There were literally four lightweight metal parts inside of it. A cardboard box would have done. In retrospect, it was way overpriced and I regret my decision to purchase it.

Save yourself the time and money and buy from someone else. I’m a contractor who has built many homes over the years, and this is exactly the type of company I tell people to avoid. The real test of a company isn’t when everything goes right—it’s how they handle problems when they arise. In my experience, this company completely failed that test.
