My niece purchased a front door from this company. They trusted the advice of the sales rep to recommend the best product for their needs. After the door was installed it immediately leaked from all seams with the first rain. They did not stand behind their product and would not offer any solutions to fix the problems. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!! Look at the true reviews on Yelp.

My family member trusted the Rustica team to guide them in their purchase of their front door, and was completely misguided and have a door that leaks water in all seams, leading to their home being water damaged and their very old beautiful wood floors being ruined. They didn’t offer any help or refund for their mistakes. 10000% DO NOT RECOMMEND

This was my first time ordering, and I had concern ordering custom doors sight unseen. Christy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and she had many helpful suggestions that made the ordering process a breeze. The customer service was great. When I had questions Kristie walk me through the process and answered all my questions and concerns! The craftsmanship was high quality and all the details were perfected. I will not hesitate to order from Rustica again! Great experience from initial concept to delivery, top notch organization.
