I can’t think of enough great things to say about this company. We had contacted them last year to evaluate and quote us a new deck. Ryan came out quickly to look at our current deck, let us discuss options. We had though about making our deck smaller but he was honest with us saying that based on what we suggested, the cost would be the same for a larger deck based on the size of boards they’d have to buy for the job. Rustic Woodman provided us with a comprehensive estimate. Their advice and experience helped us decide how to proceed. They communicated effectively in person, on the phone and via email. While other contractors were willing to do this substantial job without the required permits Rustic Woodsman would not. That sealed the deal for me. We are so pleased with our new cedar deck! Ryan gave us the quote and work started shortly after. Ryan was very responsive to all of our requests and got back to us right away. Presson ( hopefully I spelled that correctly) and his crew were awesome. We went over everything how we wanted the boards laid, spindles spaced, etc. Their workmanship is superior and it shows. I would definitely recommend them.
