Steve Russell and the team at Rustic Trail RV did an amazing job repairing our 2018 Grizzly! A bad hail storm came through our part of South Carolina, causing major dents and holes (even through the cover). They took less than a week to replace everything, repainted the front rack and stabilizers, and put a protectant cover on the wiring for free. My wife and I decided, after years of looking, that an off-road teardrop would be our best choice as we head into retirement. We researched them all and by chance came across Rustic Trail Teardrop. We hit the jackpot in so many ways! The off-road Grizzly was perfect! Extremely easy to tow, we can customize it the way we want, and it’s built like a beast! After considering other campers we are so glad we chose the RTTC Koala. We could not be happier. The quality is superior, it is low maintenance, it fits in our garage and tows effortlessly. We recently had some upgrades done and dealing with Steve, Matthew and Dakota was such a pleasure. They take pride in their product and it shows with the customer service and craftsmanship. Matthew even came in on his day off to fit our travel schedule! We absolutely recommend RTTC and look forward to many years of camping in our Koala.
