Kaylee did a cut and full highlight for me today and I can not say enough about her. She did an amazing job and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I have been in east Knoxville for almost 4 years and have been very hesitant to look for a new hair stylist. I am extremely happy to have found Kaylee and Rustic Roots.
Grossly misinterpreted my inspiration photo and mixed colors that were not even close. Colors that she chose, not me. I highly recommend you ask to see a color swatch before you trust her choices. She didn’t finish the appt DUE TO HER OWN choices that caught up with her and she left me stuck. She didn’t even have the courtesy to follow up or explain herself but blames me for not staying even though she wasn’t available. I didn’t book the appt and pay to be dumped on a coworker.
