The lot rent at Rustic ridge has just been increased this year. The lot rent is not justified in any way. The property owner seems to only care about profit. Profit. profit. $$. The lot rent goes up every year. There is No Internet service available at Rustic ridge. We just got a one day notice to pay for garbage. What's next. Only higher lot rent. Profit. profit .profit. $$. $$. $$$ ........
The lot rent is exorbitant and increases every year! The community is a mess and the lot rent is way too expensive!!!
Constantly changing management constantly changing rules constantly upping the price and not giving any good amenities for them, we used to be able to pay extra for an extra car, not anymore she's talking about towing cars. I miss the Sandy regume too wish she'd come back!!!
