Great place to live. Neighbors are great, management is pretty cool. I've heard nightmares of other places regarding management and neighbors. So I'm greatful this park is pretty chill and laid back.
Water is dysentery, people are toxic, land is wet and pipes are broken. Water is orange or brown not safe for drinking. If the quality was there it would be a nice place but if you complain it will go ignored or you will be given a reason that is not satisfying. They have a tenant test the water instead of a local facility and if you get sick they ignore you. Also they may not let you leave. The rules are different for everyone and the roads will kill your vehicles. Wish I never moved it, can't wait to leave. Nightmare
Love living here and calling this place home amazing staff
CONSTANT issues regarding power, false eviction, and a plethora of other things. Not to mention the park management has sticks UP their ASSES.
