I had the pleasure of working with this venue yesterday for a wedding. The staff was super accommodating, and just down to earth. The coordinator went well above and beyond her duties of just setting up the wedding but truly did a great job of communicating change overs, and with the smallest of details. The bar staff was very funny, and all in all this was a beautiful venue. I had a similar experience to many of the people leaving one-star reviews here, and after dealing with the owner myself, I can say the pattern is very real. The owner was rude, condescending, and fake. Everything was sugar-sweet on the surface, but the moment there was a problem, the attitude flipped to cold, dismissive, and defensive. There was zero empathy, zero accountability, and absolutely no interest in actually resolving anything just hiding behind a contract and talking in circles. A beautiful building on the inside. Rustic, traditional red barn on the outside. The staff was friendly. Did a wedding reception - food was good. The grounds are nice. One thing to note: The place isn't as big as some reception halls. Additional seating space is available upstairs in the "hayloft". Again, it's a nice area - but be aware that sitting up there while all the food, entertainment, and other action is taking place upstairs kinda sucks. You won't be able to see much of anything. Rustic Manor and their staff were absolutely amazing for our September wedding! The packages they offer/planning packages were worth every penny! They made the day relaxed and so seamless! I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing team! Especially Sarah and Kaylee for day of coordinators!! Ashley was amazing with meetings and planning!
