I've worked with Rustic Luxury both as a tenant and as a property owner, and find the company to be knowledgeable, fair and reasonable. The company cares about both the tenant's interests and the interest and investment of the property owners.
Jenn will insult you and your partner when viewing a place. They claim a run down trailer is worth 1650 when anywhere else it would barely pass a 1000$ evaluation. Rent privately, this company is terrible.
