The delivery driver Vincent was over the top with his willingness to deliver my lumber late on Saturday. He was truly informative,helpful, and there 100% accommodate me on site at one of my cedar fence jobs. He worked hard and was able to multi task as in chat me up but still work affectively!! I have done about 6 cedar privacy fences using there kiln dried cedar slats and the fences are colorful and the wood does not curl even after a year with nothing on it. So disappointed in the port orford cedar we purchased. So many boards still had bark on it. Such poor quality wood. Such a huge disappointment!!
Outstanding service from the crew in kaysville, Katie is wonderfully insightful, as is , Josh and others, whose names I can't recall because of a poor memory. Our cabin project is almost complete. I bought four different products, but blue pine tongue and groove 1x6 is my favorite, it is a study in nature every time I look at it! Thank you Rustic, I'm so grateful I found you.
