Customer service was above and beyond. Very friendly and accommodating.
They redid my oak floors and added several rooms 2 years ago. It is just fabulous. They are very busy though and hard to get them to call you back.
The product seems good but the adhesive squirted up in places between the planks in a basement installation. Lots of cleanup required. I believe the installation of a vapor barrier was required under the flooring to alleviate this issue. Installer recommended running a dehumidifier, which seems to have helped greatly. Nice people, but very busy and rather slow response time for customer service. If the dehumidifier solves problems, I would move rating to a 4.
I'm a contractor and was in a pinch for some oak flooring. Initially these guys told me they didn't have it but actually dug around in the back and found exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend giving them a shout if you're in need of some quality hardwood flooring
