I ordered a king size bed with memory foam mattress. I clearly stated I wanted the 9" foundation due to the fact that the mattress was 14". Was told 4 weeks to build but took 8. We finally went to pick it up and was told I didn't order the foundation. I spent $2600 on my bed and wasn't about to give them another dime. Was told he would cut me a deal for another $280 for it.
