I had a lot of work done by them. He came and picked up my 2003 Suzuki. Intruder 1400, wouldn't run? He rebuilt the carbs. Tuned it up, changed all the fluids. Front and rear tire intertubes change the caliper boots on it rebuilt the front fork seals It took him a while but he did a fantastic job. I am very, very pleased. IllHave him work on my motorcycle again.if needed....very happy

Stopped down for some parts for Evo engine. They had the parts in stock new and or used. Good mechanic. Nice store and people.
Steer clear. Went in for stator and starter repair. Radio didn't work when I picked up my bike. Jason said" I didn't do anything to it". His helper said why do you need a radio on the bike anyway!?? I was angry that he didn't offer to take it in back and fix it. Instead he wanted me to set up another appointment. Terrible customer service. I waited to put up this review due to being a business owner myself but I'm going into the season with no tunes and another bill.
Had the misfortune to work with Rustic Cycles in 2024. Steer clear.
