Very helpful and honest.
Stopped down for some parts for Evo engine. They had the parts in stock new and or used. Good mechanic. Nice store and people.
Steer clear. Went in for stator and starter repair. Radio didn't work when I picked up my bike. Jason said" I didn't do anything to it". His helper said why do you need a radio on the bike anyway!?? I was angry that he didn't offer to take it in back and fix it. Instead he wanted me to set up another appointment. Terrible customer service. I waited to put up this review due to being a business owner myself but I'm going into the season with no tunes and another bill.
Had the misfortune to work with Rustic Cycles in 2024. Steer clear.
Unfortunately i had the unpleasant encounter to meet Rustic Cycles. Recently sold my bike, and Rustic Cycle was hired to transport the motorcycle for the purchaser. Rustic Cycles agreed to pick it up on a snowy evening on 1-16-2025. Which I'm assuming was the first mistake. I was advised y the purchaser at 530 pm that they were coming to get the bike at 630pm.
