Had the misfortune to work with Rustic Cycles in 2024. Steer clear.
Unfortunately i had the unpleasant encounter to meet Rustic Cycles. Recently sold my bike, and Rustic Cycle was hired to transport the motorcycle for the purchaser. Rustic Cycles agreed to pick it up on a snowy evening on 1-16-2025. Which I'm assuming was the first mistake. I was advised y the purchaser at 530 pm that they were coming to get the bike at 630pm. Great owner. Very knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Great service. Would definitely recommend this shop for all your motorcycle service needs.
Dirty business practices. Received a quote on work to be performed. Agreed on the price and services. Came time to pickup and pay and was never told the final price went up hundreds of dollars from the original quote. I have Mr. Kovach caught on my dash cam lying about repairs he did and didn’t do and the damage he actually caused to inflate my bill. Funny, I guess I’m thinking of another Jason Kovach that “runs” a motorcycle dive in Columbia Station. I’m at the right place.
