Love Rustic Cuff. Love seeing it here! Love buying and giving to strangers. It’s super fun and makes for a happy life.
I wish I could give this place a zero star. Customer service here is terrible and they expect you to know the rules about their gumball promotions. No one ever greeted us or helped us when needed. Would’ve bought a lot but decided against it due to the rude service. Much better places to get a cute bracelet on Disney property! Would avoid this place until they learn about customer service.
If you have a large wrist don't bother coming to this store at all. I am giving 3 stars only because I don't want to tank their ratings, the stuff was cute and would work for the majority of people with an average 6.5-7.5 inch wrist(my estimate). None of the cute bracelets were even close to fitting my 8 inch wrist. As a company that basically only sells bracelets, I would expect them to make multiple sizes of bracelets or designs that fit more people.
