I called them to make an appt to go over what my daughter had selected on their web site for her upcoming wedding. It took two messages to get a return phone call and make the appointment. We had the appt in the showroom and everything was set up as we requested. I was told I would have a quote in a week or so. After 20 days I called and never received a return phone call. They were so kind and made sure everything was perfect during our wedding day. They were also wonderful to work with and communicate with throughout the planning process.
