The Speakeasy ring is absolutely beautiful. The customer service, communication, and support is very good but could use some tweaking. I needed the ring I ordered needed resizing after the warranty window. I used their sizing tool but we didn't expect the summer to swell his ring finger so much. The turn around time was decent. There is a $75 fee outside the warranty window which I anticipated but it wasn't brought up until after I sent them back the ring. Great company and great product. Everything about the process, from the ordering, to the sizing, to the delivery was efficient and painless. The ring itself is incredible. Looks and feels great and I get tons of compliments.
