I love this company so much! My husband is a vet and loves his wedding ring. I gave it to him in 2022 and he hasn't taken it off since. He notices a roughness a few weeks ago and we sent it in. It came back looking and feeling like new. The customer service is fantastic.
My fiancé and I absolutely love our rings! It was so fun getting to design a custom crushed oyster shell + turquoise dual band to match our favorite colors. Phoebe did an outstanding job crafting the rings and Emily did a wonderful job engraving our Celtic braid/loop on the inside to signify eternity! Our thanks to Lydia as well as a great contact to help us with the processes. The rings are exactly what we had in mind and hope for. Really and truly, thank you!
I wanted a unique wedding band and Rustic and Main delivered. It looks great and when I had a few knicks and missing finish three years later, they took it back to make repairs at no charge. It looks better than new. Highly recommend checking them out if you're interested in something more unique than the traditional gold/silver bands for men.
Similar to the other recent review, I want to note that their prices have risen exorbitantly and are not indicative of market conditions despite what they say. A ring I purchased in January is listed on their website at nearly 2.5x the price. They don't even care to make an announcement or e-mail their customers. Buy from someone else. Went into the store on March 31 and saw some incredible rings but ended up picking out one that I really liked and was much more basic, the Apollo in 14k yellow gold. It’s pretty much just a comfort fit band but it has some facets ground into it that reflect light in a cool way. Got sized by Danny and discussed the ordering process and pick up.
