A wonderful experience from start to finish. I wanted you to know that, first your Customer Service, in particular the help I received by the way of Selena and Lydia was stellar, exemplary at best. The style and fit of my ring was so much more then I really anticipated it would be. I lost my original wedding band and did not feel I could replace the feeling it gave me through so many years, and then "low and behold" this one really made me smiled and feel like it was home "again". We are currently looking for a new wedding band for my husband because the custom wooden ring from Rustic and Main fell apart. Important note, my husband works a computer job and doesn’t do any activities that would damage the ring. We ordered the ring November 2020 and we were married at the end June 2021. So my husband didn’t start wearing the ring until then. By March of 2022 we had to send the ring in for repairs since it was cracking. They repaired it for free which was great. Rustic and main is truly the best location for men's wedding bands. I did a three-layer combination and chose my own inlays to custom make the perfect ring for my husband for our vow renewal on our 10th wedding anniversary. We lived out of state so communication was online and through the mail and they worked with me wonderfully to find the right size and design the perfect piece.
