Sent deposit for a custom table and chairs in June of 2024. Was supposed to be delivered in September. Repeatedly had excuses for delay. Won’t send deposit back and has stopped responding. Do your homework before using Tito and Rustic 9 furniture. It has been over a year since initial deposit.
Do NOT do business with this company. They overpromise and underdeliver—plain and simple. I put down a deposit on a desk back on April 30th, and to this day, it has still not been delivered. I’ve asked for my deposit back multiple times, and I have yet to receive a refund. This is not just bad business—it’s unacceptable. I have screenshots to back up everything I’m saying. Save yourself the headache. RUN.
Let me start by saying that Rustic 9 Furniture is the best!!!! Tino was able to create exactly what I had in mind. My table was just delivered on September 29th, 2022. From start to finish it was a great and smooth process! Tino explained all my options and really helped me get exactly what I wanted for my table. He was always super patient, great customer service when it comes to doubts, and questions you might have in regards to stain colors, finish, etc, etc!
