We love our trestle table! We ordered a 10ft table with 2 extentions to accommodate our family gatherings so everyone would have a seat at the table. When we were building the house we met Tino at his shop and he explained the process. We chose white oak and put a deposit down on the table. We were hoping to be in our house by Christmas 2025 but construction was delayed. I texted with Tino and delayed the table several times. We ordered a trestle dining table from Rustic 9 and the overall experience was very pleasant. Tino & Krystal answered all of our questions from start to finish and during the build process. It did take a bit longer than expected to receive our table but the wait was so totally worth it. Our expectations were met and surpassed. My grandfather was a very picky carpenter and I am confident this table would meet his expectations in every way.
We hired Rustic 9 for a custom built-in with cabinets and honestly didn’t know what to expect going in, but the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Krystal was great with communication from the start—very responsive and helped guide us through the process. Tino’s craftsmanship is incredible. While Tino and Krystal seem nice, we ordered and paid for a custom coffee table on Oct. 1 that was supposed to be delivered in December. We were patient and polite for months. We had to follow up constantly with scant response from Tino. They had excuse after excuse for not completing and shipping our table. After 5 months, Tino admitted they hadn't even started to build our table. Tino and I agreed that we would receive a prompt refund.
