RecommendedThey were AMAZING! My grandfather passed away & I couldn’t make it to the memorial. I wanted to use a local shop. Listened to my ideas about the kind or arrangement I wanted, let me text them the message so I could get it just right, checked back for spelling clarifications, even sent me a picture of the arrangement before sending it out. Next time I’m in Carmel I will go there JUST to give them $ even if I don’t need anything!

I met with Rusted Window to discuss flowers for my wedding. I was told that I’d have an estimate and other information within two weeks. After four weeks of waiting, I emailed to ask if they were still planning on giving me the estimate. It’s been another three weeks since then and I’ve still heard nothing. I find it very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed in their customer service.
