Our animals have been patients at this facility for many years. In the past year our older dog has had two emergencies. Both times this office refused to see him in an urgent compacity and instead referred us to urgent care which is an hour away from our house. I understand offices get booked, but they have canceled regular appointments we had scheduled on multiple occasions to accommodate other animals who had "emergencies." If you care about your animals, go to another vet. I have been going here for a couple of years. Usually its fine but always very expensive. Last year I took my dog in for his checkup and came out spending over $300 for god only knows what. I have to go in every other month to get apaquel for his allergies and thats $68 a month. Walmartpets has it for $3. I had to take him in for a checkup on December 21st, 2022 and to get a refill on his medicine.
