5/11/25 update had to go to the hospital, to which it requires follow a follow appt. Tried to call and set up an appt. And they wont even let you make or set an appt. This place is the biggest joke to healthcare!!! I went for 2 issues. Dr. Kilel ran the tests, blood work and a xray. They treated me for high cholesterol 205 when it should be in the 100-199 range. Ok great. I had to call 5 times to get blood work results, and even then never heard anything about the xray, or the original 2 issues I was still suffering with. Th... read more

I called back in September and made an appointment for *Johnson Health Center in Rustburg* for January 3rd, only to find out today they didn’t even put my appointment in their schedule. So now they are saying the next available appointment is June 18th and not even a letter from my psychiatrist would help me get in sooner. When i asked to speak with a supervisor to rectify the situation, all she said was her hands were tied and she can put me down for the next available appointment, June 18th.
