Be very cautious about Dr. Rustsgi’s diagnosis. He diagnosed me with cardiac heart failure condition and recommend the immediate need for a ICD implant. Considering I felt it seemed he was rushing me to get the implant, I got a second opinion from another The cardiologist. That cardiologist stated that Rustsgi should have prescribed heart failure medication first and if this did not work, then the ICD was a last resort.
