**Edit to owner's reply**: Ron flat out accused me of lying, so please don't argue that you "value customer service". And a standard garage caught countless holes that RRI failed to catch, so please don't argue you provide "quality service". Ron the manager even told me "we wouldn't have done the descale/rust proof if we saw this". So please don't claim "NO estimate for fabrication repairs was made"--your job is to STOP the descaling/rust proofing if you find major corrosion holes that a basic garage is able to find. I am very happy with my experience at rust repair inc. From my first phone call with Ron I felt at ease and was always treated with kindness and respect. They did a great job on my vehicle and I was very impressed when it was done. I’m not an easy person to impress so that says a lot. Clean and well run with friendly staff and quick estimates. Underpromised and overdelivered on the bodywork - absolutely excellent job and no-nonsense pricing. Amazing undercoating and don’t cheat you with expensive yearly reinspection fees. Highly recommend this business.
After missing the frame rust on my car during THREE separate inspections, they priced the repair and I agreed to it. They took my car and repaired the cosmetic rust BEFORE repairing the frame rust, then called me to raise the price on my frame repair. Not once, but TWICE. When I got the car back, there was a knock under the car. Turned out that a bolt or two were not COMPLETELY tight. Honestly not a big deal, they fixed it.
