So happy with all of my RUST purchases! I know every piece will be high quality and last for multiple seasons.
Ordered a ~$100 denim jacket online from this local store that I believe is locally owned, I do like to shop local as much as possible. The jacket was a stiff denim, not a comfortable material and was not a good fit, very boxy and unflattering. I took it back, tag on and unworn with the receipt and was denied a return due to their 14-day return policy. The owner told me I was at 3.5 weeks and could not return the item. The owners are CROOKS!!! They charge a lot for shipping & even returns + didn't send one item I had purchased initially. One item I did receive was a belt that was final sale, but had damage. I kept it because it said final sale, but tried to return sandals that didn't fit & they claimed those were not returned in time for their short return window. Then they said I would have to pay to have them shipped back to me AGAIN, otherwise they would donate them! I am out more than $200 over this & very unhappy!!
