Ordered a ~$100 denim jacket online from this local store that I believe is locally owned, I do like to shop local as much as possible. The jacket was a stiff denim, not a comfortable material and was not a good fit, very boxy and unflattering. I took it back, tag on and unworn with the receipt and was denied a return due to their 14-day return policy. The owner told me I was at 3.5 weeks and could not return the item. The owners are CROOKS!!! They charge a lot for shipping & even returns + didn't send one item I had purchased initially. One item I did receive was a belt that was final sale, but had damage. I kept it because it said final sale, but tried to return sandals that didn't fit & they claimed those were not returned in time for their short return window. Then they said I would have to pay to have them shipped back to me AGAIN, otherwise they would donate them! I am out more than $200 over this & very unhappy!!

After searching for months for this lovely little Veuve Clicquot tray for my daughter's birthday party, I finally found what we were looking for at Rust & Co! Reasonably priced and the owner could not have been more helpful with rushing my order in time for the party.. It really made a difference, and ALL her friends LOVED it!
fabulous store! Such cute clothes and great quality. I love coming in here because they are so attentive and help me to find the perfect outfits for law school! The owners are awesome and soo helpful. This is the best clothing establishment in Sioux Falls ! thank you for being so kind
