Horrible customer service! Good product when they make it right. They said they had a new employee that did not have the hardner put in the paint I got. It took weeks to dry. I then had to pay the sandlaster $800 again to Sandblast my parts again. They admitted to the mistake but would not even comp a new gallon of the automotive paint to go under the blackshell paint or any of the samdblasting costs for their mistake.
I discovered Rust Bullet about 10 years ago, as someone who is learning how to restore and fix cars, including panel fabrication on a budget, this product, when used as directed, has been amazing! Durable easy to apply, and as an amateur, I can look back at many projects in the last 10 years and have not had one issue with rust coming back untreated metal that I couldn’t quite replicate!
