These guys know what they are doing. I highly reccomend!
Very supportive and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of space and equipment. The members are all non-judgmental and supportive as well. Awesome community
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. The gym is a good mid-sized gym. Classes themselves are fairly small in size, which allows for personal attention. There are no available showers. Easily accessible and can be seen from the road. They offer a free community class on Saturdays.
Great facility with lots of space; great coaching. I get more done in 1 hour here than I do in a week at the Globo-gym.
