No one was in the office, no one called us back. Apparently not open at 7 AM on a Tuesday...no integrity to call us back. Maybe too busy or refuse to do warranty work on water heaters. Good luck to anyone needing a similar reapair!!

We needed a basement shower drain rodded. Russ's Plumbing got it done. We've lived in our home for 28-days. During that time - we've found Russ's Plumbing to be the best plumbing services provider available. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, timely, and thoughtful describe our experience with these professionals. I truly appreciate their service. Thank you, Russ's Plumbing!

I would highly recommend Russ's plumbing to anyone no matter what plumbing needs you have. Molly, who helped scheduled the appointment, was pleasant and helpful. Although there was not availability the day we needed she offered info of other places to call but before we could contact anyone else Mollie checked back to say there had been a cancellation and that someone could come right away. The men were efficient, friendly and gave info on how to avoid the same problem in the future. Excellent service!

I hired this company for a kitchen renovation, and their work was premium, highly professional, and responsive. I definitely recommend them and would use their services again. Thank you for everything, Russ!

Russ’s Plumbing is fantastic! My 87 year-old Dad was having an issue with water in his basement. I called Russ‘s plumbing In the late afternoon and left a message. I received a text message from Angela later that evening and we coordinated having someone go to my dad‘s the next afternoon. The problem was fixed in one hour! Mike was great. He kept me updated and was so kind to my Dad. Could not have asked for better service. The price was great too!
