Honest. Trustworthy. Fast. Needed my rear bumper on my Kia repaired after a rear end accident. They were able to give me an estimate thousands less than a chain body shop and even recommended replacing over repairing when it would save me money.
Great work for a great price. Shopped around before coming here and a lot of other places were just trying to go straight for insurance deductibles and charge an outrageous price. Rob was very fair and straightforward with pricing. Work was also done in a timely manner.
I had some severe sunbleaching and clear coat failure on my truck. Rob from Russ's Body Works was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, communication while they were working on my truck was top notch, and the end-product looked better than ever! Would highly recommend them for any body work or painting you need done
Paid 2 times first time quoted $4500ish second time $1800 ish. Dealt with irresponsable people, unmeet schedule dates, and issues even after “repairs.” I’ll give they did try to fix their issue, in a 1/2 ahh way. Asked specifically not to weld a part since it makes it LITERALLY impossible for radiator replacements to be done, they didn’t care. did a great job with fixing my VW Atlas, and when they had a part supplier issue, they organized my hire car, and helped me with the return as well. Great communication the whole way through, and beautifully done. Ive not had to use a bodyshop before, so the whole insurance process they walked me through idiots guide style, which was much appreciated. Great job folks.
