Good pizza. Good friendly staff. They always get the order right.
We have been regular customers of Russo’s Morton Ranch, but this experience was very disappointing. Our pickup order (#44) was missing the chicken. I called the same day — no one answered. I also contacted Toast and emailed both Toast and Russo’s. Toast replied quickly, but Russo’s never responded to my email. It’s frustrating to be ignored, especially as a loyal customer. If this situation is not resolved, unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. Upd: problem solved! Thanks to the management Changing for 4 stars now:)
Waiting for my pizza 45 minutes and the girl in front gave my order to somebody else, came for the first time and I think this will the last.
