Best Customer Service Experience! My husband and I ordered pizza and a calzone for dinner and we came to pick up are order. Once we got home with the order I opened the pizza box to find that two of the toppings I had wanted on the pizza were not on the pizza. Honest mistake, it happens in all businesses. When I called the store to tell them what happened they immediately remade my order and delivered it to my home, even though my home is not near their location. Pizza cooks not wearing gloves! Some waitstaff went onto the pizza area and v was putting ingredients into the pizza, her hair was all over her face. GROSS! Otherwise the other food was delicious, the cheese cake was a1 10+. The bread, lasagna, spaghetti had sperior taste. The tea, however taste like sewer water. And NO MARGARITAS, hello, this is San Antonio, not New York.

a waiter on the patio was chewing gum (loudly) - very off putting and terribly unprofessional. Meatball appetizer arrived - cold - so when sent back, the kitchen microwaves it - very disappointing - blah virtually tasteless frozen meatball. pizza was a bit greasy but not bad, service was distracted but not bad. crowded restaurant with a lot of dirty tables - almost like they were tired and didn't give a rip. Amazing authentic New York pizza!, we ordered the salad to share which was fresh and crispy, loved the balsamic vinaigrette, the pizza arrived very hot from the oven, the crust was thin and baked to perfection, the pesto in the pizza was delicious, I will return again and again!
